Following recent expansion, we are currently recruiting for an important new team member to manage front-of-house operations at our 60 seater cafe / roastery in Flemington.

As Floor Manager you will run all day to day aspects of our front of house service, while also having hands-on responsibility as senior barista.

This position will suit someone wtih assistant managerial experience, looking to take on full managment responsibility in a growing business. You will need to have particular confidence and experience in supervising and supporting other staff. A genuine commitment to our social aims is essential, as is a passion for coffee.
